When de-cluttering our homes by boxing up the things that we don’t want to keep…what does this look like with our thoughts? I did the exercise on “Does it serve me” “Do I want it” or Is it outdated”. Then when I didn’t want the thought, I knew I wanted to eliminate it. What does it look like to eliminate a thought? I’m used to changing and believing the thought…which essentially is eliminating it. But simply “eliminating” is a new concept.
