Breaking the habit of eating sweets at night

Hello, I’ve fallen into a horrible habit that I can’t seem to fully break. At night I crave sweets and since I don’t keep them in the home, I end up ordering dessert delivery from Doordash. I tried to delete my Doordash account but I couldn’t do it from my phone (so I will try again on my desktop).

Besides that, can you recommend some other things I can try to stop buffering at night with sweets. Thank you.
