My biggest issue at the moment is buffering, specifically with social media. I find I do it especially when I feel overwhelmed with work (I’m an entrepreneur) or when I do a particularly big thing like send a proposal to a potential client for an expensive service. It’s like I need to zone out on Facebook because I’m wired from “doing the thing”. What do you recommend I do in the moment where I’m feeling the heightened stress, so I can calm down and keep doing what I need to do (or enjoy doing, buffering keeps me from both work and play) and transition smoothly instead of needing to zone out?
