Buffering


Last night, I was feeling very hormonal and awful and I chose to eat off of protocol to feel better instead of just feeling my feelings.
I know beating myself up is not a good option, I know saying, “Oh well, I don’t care,” isn’t an option that serves me.

If I’m trying to get my back here, what’s the best approach, having already chosen to go off protocol? How do I be there for myself when I don’t follow plan?
