I keep trying to follow my schedule but keep buffering with things to do in the house.
I have tried all strategies with my calendar (reminders, time blocker…) but I keep losing my momentum by buffering with chores and as a result not doing what I have decided to do and beating myself up. Then I give up on my calendar and not follow anything else for the rest of the week.
What action would you suggest in order to not buffer and get back on my tracks?
