When it comes to overspending, I realized with me that it is partly a pleasure-seeking as well as wrong relationship with money.
The question is how can I take care of it by building a protocol for it? And is that the answer actually?
With overeating for example, I am totally fine with never touching flour and sugar again. It’s not an option for me anymore.
But say I decided to stop all unnecessary shopping for 30 days or more, at some point I will have to buy a new dress or pair of shoes. And when I do, I want it to be something nice and good and not boring (like my food).
How do you suggest to tackle that?
