Business goal and personal actions

Hi Brooke

I was wondering if I have a big business goal, do i put actions on there that relate to keeping myself in good mental condition?
To achieve my big goal, there are many things to put on there and actions to take. I also want to go after my goal without overwhelm and not at the cost of the other important things in my life (mental and physical health, family time). What are your thoughts about putting things like daily meditation 365 days of the year, yoga twice a week every week of the year, daily scs work 365? These in particular don’t feel difficult or unachievable, but i know they will help keep me on the right track for my big goal.

Still working through the resistance to putting actions on my list….
