This is just an awareness model for me since I’ve come a long way with this.
C: consumed 2,180 calories of food today
T: this is no big deal, it always levels out.
F: peacefully indifferent
A: I write my food in my food journal, I go to bed, I eat like a normal person tomorrow
R: it’s not a big deal and it works itself out
I NEVER would have thought this a year ago. I wouldn’t have even written all my food in my journal. I probably would have binged.
But having done this work now for a year, it’s taken me a while but I have more peace with my food and my body and the scale than ever before.
I like how this feels.
