I used to think I was too emotional. That I felt my emotions too strongly.
Is that possible?
Do some people feel their emotions more strongly than others?
Some people seem not to be impacted by their emotions.
Is it because they feel their emotions less strongly?
Or are they very good at resisting them?
Some people seem to be always happy.
Is it possible that they have beliefs that don’t cause negative thoughts or emotions?
Is it possible that my beliefs cause too many negative emotions?
Does that mean I’m a pessimist?
Is it possible that some people have more than 50% negative emotions, and some people less?
I think I’m feeling a little confused about the 50-50 concept.
