What do you do when you can’t pinpoint the thought?
I know the emotions it’s causing. It’s hurt, upset and jealous which every now and then erupts into anger. It is about my once great relationship with my friend which has disintegrated but I keep forcing to make work because she is very much a part of my social life. And even if she wasn’t, I feel like I can’t move on from because my husband is particularly attached to HER and her husband. There are so many whirring thoughts that don’t actually make a whole sentence.
