Changes Not Working

If I make a change, I fear it will come back in another way. I am not completely in control.  This has been hindering my weight loss goals.

For example, I have started skipping my afternoon snack, but then I find I overeat at dinner because I’m hungrier. I decided to try fasting but ended up just eating double at lunch. I decided to include more veggies over starch but then I find I’m eating way more.

I just feel like it’s so hard to lose the weight and these changes are hard but don’t even end up helping.
