Changing Fasting Window 2 times a week?


The 12-6pm Eating Window for 2 meals really works for me most days.

However there are about 2 days a week when I can’t eat my second 4-6pm meal due to a late afternoon appointment or I have an early evening social meal scheduled (ie Saturday night).

Any recommendations?

What do you think about preplanned changes to fasting time to 8pm-2pm or 4pm-10am 1-2 times a week if the other days resume to normal and Im sticking to two meals?

I am new to this programs and hope to lose 15 pounds and learn how to maintain my goal weight.
