I have been blowing my own mind lately with honoring my calendar. However, today I decided to spend time with my husband instead of doing what was on my schedule. I make that decision mean nothing negative. My problem lies in the thought I have which causes me to nearly throw out my entire schedule for the day. It’s like I changed one thing and now I don’t even know what 1 + 1 equals. I want my action to be that I deliberately change my schedule on paper, not just in my head, and commit to honoring the updated schedule. This isn’t the first time this has happened so I thought it’d be a good idea to post it in Ask Brooke this time. Thanks in advance coach!
