Choosing or meshing my goals?

For a long time, I’ve been stuck trying to figure out whether I should pursue a career in coaching or in politics. Both seems scary, but doable to me. I’ve dappled in both and there are things I like and dislike about both. What I think I really want to do is help politicians be brave enough to legislate from a place of peace, rather than of fear from political repercussions (donors, constituents etc.). Also, I want to help people run for office for the right reason, which is to be of service, but is that my own bias and judgement that I’m putting out there? Anyway, I don’t know how to go about doing this and feel that I should really be good at coaching first before I attempt to coach this group. The other thing I’ve been considering is to run for office myself and people have heard me talk about this, but haven’t seen any action on my part. I think it’s because I don’t want to legislate as much as to bring spirituality to politics. As you can see, I’m a bit confused and this has stopped me from taking any action. Please help!
