I have a new client that says they understand what a coach is and wants one but they arent engaged. We work on their ‘why’ and motivation.. but still, they do not come prepared, nothing to talk about and it feels very awkward. I reiterate that you will get out of this what you put in, they agree but then nada. There is a lot of question asked- question answered without them doing ‘the work’. Feels like I am dragging them… thoughts on how to handle?
