After you’ve coached a client on the thought work around a problem and they understand and are ready to focus on solutions, do you bounce solutions off each other?
I asked a client to write down all the different options and she has them listed, and there’s a lot of confusion for her around which one to pick as they’re not clear cut or easy options.
How do you coach a client through the solution phase? I know it’s not our job to give advice so I’m curious how you do this. I’ve listened to your podcast episodes about this but I’m not sure if it mentioned about the solution part.
