Hi Brooke-one of my clients does not want to weigh herself daily. I know from years of following you that you encourage all of your weight-loss clients to do this. I do it myself and find it incredibly useful. I’ve taught her the model and have positioned it as an opportunity to coach herself around her thoughts about her scale weight.
