Last year, we were able to do some additional sessions with SCS coaches at a reduced rate and I found that very useful. Since January, that feature of SCS has gone away. Why did you make that change and is there any chance of having it back? I find 10 minutes a month with a tutor is not enough for me to get the help I need and I haven’t had a chance to get coached by you because the timing hasn’t seem to work out. I also prefer to be coached privately. I hope you will bring that feature back.
