I almost got to my goal weight and then freaked out. Part of it was realizing that if I can do this, what can’t I do? I know I need to do some work on that thought because for me it was negative. Kind of like assuming responsibility for everything now that I have the tools. I then went back to buffering and gained some weight back and have stalled. I’m taking another run at the goal again now and have recommitted. One of my obstacles that I foresee is the cognitive dissonance I expect as I approach my goal weight. I heard you talk about it on the VIP call and experienced that exact scenario the last time I reached my goal weight but wasn’t working with you. You can imagine what happened. I’m here right? Do you have tips on dealing with the dissonance?
