I am trying to be curious rather than judgmental with my patients who are unvaccinated.

UM:
C: My patient is unvaccinated
T: My patient is dumb
F: Angry
A: Speak aggressively and defensively. Become angry and act angrily towards the patient.
R: Everyone gets angry, defensive and the patient does not agree to vaccination

IM:
C: Patient is unvaccinated
T: My patient is afraid/ uninformed
F: Compassion/ empathy
A: Inform my patient about the facts and have gentle conversation, actively listen
R: Open their mind, reassure the patient, I will not be frustrated long term
