I am a teacher that is returning back to work. I realize that now that I am in person I am going to be exposed to conflict and things that will make me anxious. When we are remote, there is less conflict and my anxiety has decreased a lot. The things that mostly make me anxious are conflict with colleagues, differing of opinions, and setting boundaries with students.
Do you have any podcasts or calls that I could go to to listen to around these areas? I want to be able to write a script that I can use when I am in a situation that involves conflict so that I can refer to it when I am so emotionally anxious that I can’t think. Thanks!
