I have watched the weight loss video but am confused as whether I should follow my protocol with the 3 meals a day and the hunger scale, or follow my protocol with intermitten fasting. I find myself spinning around and not doing either. I have been gluten free for 4 yrs. and completely sugar free for 8 months. I have released 65 lbs in the last 7 years, and want to commit to more weight loss now that I am sugar free. Please help my brain in deciding which plan to follow. When I follow my antiinflammatory diet I feel the best, but wonder if the intermitten fasting will provide me with the right nutrition for my body to make that possible. Thank you.
