I’ve thought about becoming a Certified Life Coach for a long time. I keep thinking that I will not be a good coach, unless I’ve achieved my Massive Action goal. That I need to have successfully walked the walk. While I have used the model successfully to change my drinking habits, I have not used it successfully to lose the 50 lbs I set as my Massive Action goal for 2020. During this pandemic, I’ve both gained weight and returned to drinking more than I want to. Is it possible to coach others well when you’re not feeling success in your own self-coaching?
