I’m having trouble sticking to a consistent bedtime. I often stay up very late, and so I don’t get the amount of sleep I’d like to. Open to any feedback you may have for me. Thanks!

A: I don’t prioritize & stick to my scheduled bedtime. I tell myself I can get some more work done before going to bed, and I stay up well past my scheduled bedtime.

A: I prioritize & stick to my scheduled bedtime, regardless of any pending work.
