Constraint


Hi Coaches, my IG is to lose 50lbs. I’m half way there as I have lost 25lbs! The urge jar came at a perfect time for me and I have been working with a coach to delve into it even more. I have been constraining to one goal but I just signed up for your coach training in August and I’m starting to look at that as another goal. What do you suggest I do? This is going to take some self coaching because I can see my Mind going crazy already. Do I work on this at the same time ? Thanks.
