Constraint? Weightloss and Career? Can I do both?

Hi Brooke,

A little bit about me, I am in my early twenties and just moved to new city to start a new job. In the past year I have graduated collage accepted my first ‘big girl job’ at an F500 company, quit that job for another in a whole new field and have also lost 50 lbs! I have been in SCS for about 3 weeks and have been following my protocol for 2 weeks and lost 8 lbs. I have another 100+ to lose.

So I’ve made a lot of progress in the last year (big thanks to your podcast!). Should I constrain myself to either weightloss or my career. Can I focus on both or is that to much? How would constraining my self in those areas work? I really want to take massive action on both, is that too much to do at one time?

While those are my priorities, I am in a new city and would like to make new friends. Which, would also take work. I have some thought work about friendships and relationships that’s that needs to be done.

How do I decide what to focus on? Do I need to constrain it? Are those three to much.
