I want to quit drinking but I am curious what it would look like if I could truly stop over drinking.
I would prefer that but I think I want to just quit drinking all together because it seems like more work trying to manage it. I feel at this point, my relationship with alcohol just isn’t that important or worth the work.
I over drink almost every time I drink and that’s about 4 times a week.
Would you suggest cutting back at first and work on a drink plan instead of just going straight to eliminating it all together.
