Daily Movement


I’ve been doing Models for my lack of daily exercise and notice some judgement around the need to create motivation to exercise. This is the latest Model:
C: daily body movement
T: I should have an internal drive to exercise daily
F: dissatisfied
A: don’t make an exercise time commitment/calendar, buffer with work, tell myself it’s unhealthy to “push myself” when I don’t want to (intellectually I know this is a bunch of BS and indulgent but I believe it in the moment)
R: I don’t create the environment or mindset that sets me up to move my body daily

I think I need to interrupt this Model rather than create an IM. Or maybe both? My instinct tells me try both but doubt creeps up about the how to interrupt and I should just create an IM. Would appreciate perspective.
