My protocol consists of a 2-meal intermittent fasting each day ( I eat around 1:30 PM and then again at 6:00 PM). Corinne mentioned in a January Overeating Q&A that you recommend perhaps 20 oz of vegetables a day. I was wondering if that was correct, and if you have daily amount recommendations for fat, protein, and grains/starches as well. I am actually doing very well on my current protocol. but as I get down to my last 15 pounds or so, I may need to be more precise in my measurements along with other tweaks.
