Day 1 I asked a job offer for an increase in the salary, equity, monthly stipend for remote work and to meet with the CEO. I used to have thoughts of “what if they dont like me after i ask or take away the offer”. When i finally broke this down and did the model i was like so what if they think that? Then that isnt the type of company you want to work for… they agreed to all my asks except equity they will reassess after being there for a year. So excited!!!
Day 2 i asked for a free upgraded first class ticket. They said no its $50 and so i walked away. Then they asked people to check bags and so i reapproached
