Can you write it for me Brooke:)

I signed up for Bumble which if you’re not familiar (lucky) it’s an app on the phone where you swipe right or left (like/dislike) based on the photos and short bio. If both girl and guy swiped right on each other they’re a match and the woman has 24hrs to message him or he disappears. Just the concept requires a lot of thought work and managing your mind because it’s possible affect on dopamine, it seems it can be addicting.

It’s not my favorite but meeting guys au natural hasn’t worked, so I’m taking different action, looking for a different result. But what has come up is I don’t know what to put in my profile, each time I try I sound so generic: Love being active, running, hiking, biking and even better if starts or finishes at a coffee shop.

I also am a deer in the head lights when someone asks “so tell me about yourself?” so working on this bio may help with all my other elevator pitches. So I know that I’m independent, sarcastic, value quality relationships over quantity, now I’m drawing blanks.

This has also come up with my business Instagram and Facebook accounts, they’re empty because until recently I haven’t had a great opinion of myself.
