I was thinking of live Coaching für this one, but I think am not prepared yet…

so last week the daycare of my daughter (she is 2,5 years old) calles all parents of her Group for an Emergency Meeting. In each Group are 10 children with 3 teachers an a part-time Student. They told us, that they had to part ways with one of the teachers of the group of my daughter because she had a non-appropriate behavior with a kid. They didn´t tell us what the behavior was, an this is killing me, as I am only thinking of everything that could have happened to my daughter and ways that maybe she has suffered and I wasn´t there to help her. They also told us that the parents of the involved children were already informed, but this doesn´t help me that much, as I think that my daughter did probably spend a lot of time with this person and I have no idea of what happened…
I tried doing the homework of the Podcast “Neutrality of Circumstances” and although I do intelectually understand, that this is a circumstance and I am creating the Problem in my head, I seem to not come forward with this one… I am plagged with fear that something could have happened and I don´t like that they didn´t tell us, what this was…

They assure us that our children were not affected and from now one this person is no more there, so they all are 100% safe, but still, I´m only thinking of this “Problem” and would love some Coaching on this….
