I’m doing my December thought download all about why my impossible goal will fail etc. And as I’m writing I’m noticing my brain is automatically being like “that’s not true, I can totally do that, I can go get help from that person etc.” it’s not me forcing to change it but in the back of my mind it’s automatically going against my negative thoughts and scoffing/laughing at them.
That’s what our brains do when we think positive, it automatically goes to the negative. But is it normal it’s now doing the opposite? Are others noticing this too?
