I am really confused about how to work through my depressive thoughts. Some of the training seems to say, “Well life is 50/50,” but then some help to change your thoughts so you don’t feel so depressed. Is there a training that will help me understand this more clearly?

I wake up most days feeling depressed and depending on what is happening for the day the mood lifts or stays with me if I am at home that day or alone most of the day.
