Diet Mindset


I have been practicing my protocol with intermittent fasting 4 days a week and it is working well for me (lost 8 pounds)…..Well, until this week. Stress creeped into my life and I found myself stress eating off my protocol. I believe it was “diet mindset,” like thoughts of “Oh I will restart tomorrow. What are some tips to help not view the protocol as just another diet?
