Digital or paper planner?

I am a busy mom who homeschools and runs two companies from our home. There are so many pieces, like many of us, that need to be organized and planned each and every day… Between kids activities, personal events, business to do‘s and deadlines, etc. I struggle with time management in general but love to be organized and know what’s coming up. Over the years I have switched between paper planners and digital and currently I am using Evernote with a sort of task list that I check every night But I find that things are still falling through the cracks. I think my calendar will always be digital but I’m curious about the planner side and the best way that you recommend to keep track of life ! :-). Thank you
