Disrupted sleep


I meditate twice daily. I do self-care. I do thought downloads, and yet I am waking up at 2am or 4am about 4 times a week. It’s not because of drinking, and I don’t drink caffeine past 12pm. It’s not through severe anxiety – I’ve only got low levels of stress at the moment (recruiting 3 coaches for my team and finding good ones is hard!). What would you suggest? Have you had this happen to you?
