Don’t Act on the Original Feeling

What result do you create when you have a thought?

ex: Kara’s model this week..
T: I am being disrespected
F: Angry

but you take different (kinder) actions-
A: speak politely and calmly, don’t smack them (lol), handle yourself in a way that you would want to show up
R: ? ( it wouldn’t be I disrespected that person)

I guess…you start to have a model with a thought and feeling but then you become aware and change it midstream which changes the result? Is this because you have a new thought after you start to experience (feel) the first thought and change it to-
T: I don’t want to react from this space
F: Mature
What ends up happening to original model? It becomes a dud when getting to result?
