Hi Brook,
I have been doing the thought download 16 days now, but everytime I set the time and sit to do it, its like my brain get quiet and all those random and crazy thoughts i have during the day they are gone, I feel that I am guiding my brain to tell me “nice” thoughts and I am afraid I am not improving or that im missing the point of the exercise.
some of the things that come out are feeling too, like im scared (because of an job interview i have coming up).
What i do is to write until i have fill all the lines on the notebook, is this the right way?
