I signed up for the course to get more clarity around money but after reading through the “Ask Brooke” archives, I became intrigued with your Stop Overeating course. I’ve been watching it and everything resonates for me. I do sometimes indulge in emotional eating and while I eat fairly healthy, I want to clean up all of my eating practices.
My question is this–I’m 38, 5’9″, 135 lbs and athletic. I would like to follow a protocol of no sugar/no flour and intermittent fasting but I don’t want to lose any weight. Will this protocol cause me to lose weight?
