Good morning from a chilly New Zealand. It’s winter here and all is well.

Would it be possible to charge me an extra $10 or even $20 a month and send me your box rather than receiving access online to the material? I can’t open everything until the 2nd of each month and feel i miss out on the opportunity to plan ahead. Would also love to get the method note pad 😉
