Hello: I currently have very little desire to drink during the week. Alcohol in my house does not call out to me. My issues are usually around social situations, and on the weekend. I have been creating a plan for Friday and Saturday, anticipating social situations. When social situations don’t occur should I still drink to stay with my brain running the show? I don’t want to. Or should I put myself in forced situations where I would want to drink? Thank you!
