Drooling board

Hi Brooke,
Thank you for your thoughts on patience! When listening to the awesome Overeating Masterclass, I’ve realised that I still needed to dive in the topic rather than just to dip my toes in it. The 100 urges worksheet has worked beautifully for me as far as sugar and flour are concerned but I still find myself wanting too much dark chocolate and peanuts. So I’ve come up with the idea of a vision board dedicated to those foods I still crave – a drooling board, to allow my brain to want them and not act upon that desire. I’m planning to drool in front of it for about 5 minutes a day (and I’ll make sure some paper towel is nearby!). I’m hoping to accelerate the process by fully accepting the emotion. What are your thoughts on this?
