Hi Brooke, I’m doing well on my protocol… losing weight… slowly. I have 5 lbs to go.
What I find is that I tend to overeat at dinner when I eat with the family…
I don’t want weigh my food as I don’t want the kids to think about food in that way… but I could tell myself that I don’t go for seconds. Ever.
Would that help, you think?
And should I let go of the dark chocolate piece I allow myself?
