Still making my way through the overeating workshop and on the protocol section. So I tend to be all or nothing which doesn’t serve me well when making big changes stick. Should I ease my way into my what I want my final protocol to be (plant based, whole foods, no sugar, no flour, eating based on hunger scale, intermittent fasting)?
I also seem to struggle with beating myself up when I eat off my plan because I am not keeping the commitment to myself. Would you suggest being curious as to why I went off plan and “begin again now”? Let go of the pressure to do it perfectly?
