I have located some of my thoughts that really send me down a downward spiral sometimes and just immobilize me at times or sometimes have a less intense effect.
2 of them are: I’m scared & i don’t know
However what I’m experiencing is the opposite more positive thoughts don’t seem to have a proportional opposite intensity. Their impact on me seems less powerful.
I’m thinking its due to these other thoughts being used and “practiced” so much so the good thoughts will get that way soon too? (That there has just been so much practice.)
Any coaching on this?
(Most of my thoughts from this months work that got some of my ideas created in the past were simply “I want to” “I wonder how this will be” “I can figure this out, this will be interesting”. Thoughts like that.
