Bev coached her on this emotion with “what shape is your feeling, what color is it, and others. I heard the exact technique on one of the Scholars coaching calls yesterday. Can you define what that technique is and how I can use it myself when faced with a sadness or depression state? It’s most likely a technique taught as the two conversations, posted months apart and on separate platforms, are a teaching of certification, it is shareable?
