Hi, I have an assistant who makes small mistakes on a daily basis. The model is like this:

C – Assistant made mistake second time in a day
T – She is not focused at work
F – Annoyed
A – Pointed out her mistake, asked her to offer some solutions, thinking about finding someone else
R – I found more evidence she’s not focused

Is this a good model? How can I help her to be more careful at work? Thanks
