Hey, coaches! I want your perspective on my thoughts about energy levels during the day. I think I am the most creative early in the morning. I also think that my exercise is not as effective early in the morning and I have better results when I workout midday. Sometimes I create my schedule to work with my preferences. Sometimes I can’t because of work. I don’t think my body’s energy levels are just my thoughts…early, early morning workouts feel physically less effective. Should I just manage my thoughts better?
