I was going through the Stop Overeating Workbook and got caught up with the section on Commitment. It states that the commitment must be “epic” and gave examples of a 10 million dollar gift or the death of a loved one as hypotheticals (obviously tongue in cheek) but realistic examples weren’t given. I’m having trouble finding something “epic” … improving health and fitness, setting an example for others, improving self esteem just don’t seem to have the impact that is needed.
Any advice?
